These are just a few of the shots of the my stay out at the cabin a few weeks back, they are all taken with the D80. The two creek shots, one of which is coming out of the bank of the river, are shot on the third day. The day that I went back out to do a few things that I forgot to do, like winterize the cabin and chop wood. Enough!

I also played around with new borders on my pictures, if anybody knows of a way to do this quicker than changing the canvas size in Photoshop, please let me know.

So today I’ll be taking pictures. It’s been too long since the last time. Actually, I didn’t put any of my pictures from the cabin up here yet. I’ll put those up soon, just have to make the files smaller for The Tube1 usage. If there are any suggestions on what I should shoot in the next while that’d be cool by me. Also, Byron2 updated his site.

I wanted to put this picture up on the front as well as in my HDRi page just to give it a little more accessibility. This is the last HDR that I made, as well as my favourite. The picture is 7 exposures from -2ev to +2ev and was taken on a bright, cloudy day.

Another night where photoshop has grabbed me again. Unable to sleep, I decided to play with more HDRi. After the images weren’t matching, and I was getting lots of blurring, I decided to just play with some of the many filters. This is one of the “HDRi” shots that I liked by itself.

The photo was taken in my backyard a few days ago.

Well here it is, my first in depth experimentation with both Photoshop and HDR Images. I really like this program, you can do anything. This shot is taken out near Beecher Bay in East Sooke Park. I’ll be making a page with just HDR shots most likely in the next day or two.
