Just thought I’d throw up a quick post here saying that I’ve had a great/poor weekend. I was able to get out and do some shooting at a local soccer game. Images turned out great and the 70-200 performed like a champ. I also went to my friends CD release show and shot that as well, images from that can be seen at flickr.

On the poor side of things, I dropped my Camera. No lenses were attached, but I did break part of the flash/prism assembly. The part that says Nikon on it. Yah, gone. Checking with the insurance company tomorrow to see if everything is kosher and that I can get some money for it.
